Welcome to Mystic Seed. This is a space, a place, a portal, a beginning with no end, life, growth, flower, fruit, decay, seed, rebirth. A grid to water the seeds of potential, an opportunity to heal and transform, an invitation for renewal and ascension.

Mystic Seed is a Virtual Kundalini Yoga Practice.

This space provides intricate Kriyas, meditations, breath work,(pranayams) movement, and mantra(chanting) for the benefit of each individual to access in the privacy of their home.

Live classes are offered over Zoom, with a sacred sharing circle post-session.

Video Replays are posted daily to practice at your own time and convenience.

The name Mystic Seed came about as a way to describe the process of the soul unfolding into its pure spiritual potential.

Within every single person, this mystic seed is present, and Kundalini Yoga, in particular, helps to nurture, strengthen, and unveil one's connection to their true divine nature.

Kundalini Yoga is an in-depth practice that provides tools and techniques to help one navigate the demands of the New Earth and the transition from the Piscean Age to the present Age of Aquarius.

Elisha has been training in a variety of classical movement forms for over 25 years, whether it be ballet, modern, hip hop, Afro-Caribbean dance or yoga and qi gong. As a mother of 4 Elisha has done grass roots facilitation working in schools, and marginalized communities offering the gift of movement. She finished her first yoga training in 2006 and completed her advanced Sanada Devi yoga training with Ananda Shakti in 2014. In 2015 she studied Radiant Lotus Woman’s Qi Gong with Kurusia Nirmala and Dasiy Lee. She has been teaching in the community, in nature, at home, in studios and gyms across the GTA ever since. She got her start dancing at George Brown as a young girl and worked her way up to a BA in dance at York University. She co- created and performed with Twisted Hair Spirit Dancers doing traditional and contemporary African drum and dance for over a decade. Through out her movement journey Elisha has connected with many families and mothers hungry for alternative birth support, inspiring her to become a holistic doula who will advocate for radical birth empowerment.
